If your paper was written as a culinary thriller, you’d have a page turner on your hands. Can’t wait to see what you will do with all this knowledge and insight!
Fascinating. I find it interesting that food memories/smells for people, especially of our age, are commonly associated with grandmother's kitchen. Perhaps being raised during the rapid rise and popularity of processed foods and quick meals, those memory-associated aromas skipped a generation? There have always been very distinct aromas that take me back to my grandma's kitchen. But try as I might, I'm struggling to come up with one from my childhood home, (but I do remember lots of Campbell's soup).
You've given us lots to consider and I will be more thoughtful when I sit down to my next meal.
Such an interesting paper — definitely worthy of a high grade!
